Pretty spacious Xiang restaurant in a not very popular suburb for Chinese folks. Good hospitality from the staff members. Easy to park around the place. The stir-fry meat slices lacked wokhei but the flavor was very good. Less oil would be better since Xiang cuisine is characterized by the dryness. The kitchen used plenty of chili on my request which was very nice. Special shoutout to how dry their rice was, which was a good thing because it goes great with Xiang dishes. I would recommend here.

I can't recommend this restaurant enough to anyone craving delicious Hunan cuisine. Whether you're a longtime fan of Hunan dishes or trying them for the first time, this place is a must-visit. I've been here a couple of times to explore their menu and never got disappointed. Each dish was bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection with heart. The Hunan specialties were especially outstanding; the flavors were authentic and had just the right balance of spices. I recently indulged in the Stir-Fried Smoked Pork with Smoked Bamboo Shoots and Chili, and it was an absolute delight, truly leaving a lasting impression! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly by the staff, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The ambiance was cozy yet elegant, perfect for a relaxed meal with friends or family. The service was impeccable throughout the meal. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable, providing excellent recommendations and ensuring that our dining experience was nothing short of exceptional.

My friends from southern China highly recommend the Hunan food here. Yup. Southern Chinese are experts at tasting spicy food. They say it's the most authentic and traditional Chinese food in Sydney. Now I agree with them. (Customers can adjust the spice level to suit their taste preference)

Oct Need our mrs ding fix! . . . Its been few months since we last dined. The big boss has moved to the city location. Botany is managed by existing team and it's a new look and feel! Loving the new menu, atmosphere and coffee machine! Warning the bowl's of rice are double size! .
